Princeton Radiology participates with all the insurance plans
listed on this page. Some health plans require pre-certification
and/or referral form. We can help you verify insurance coverage
prior to your study. If insurance coverage is denied, we will
work with you to establish alternate payment.
The required paper work from your health plan must be completed
before a radiological examination can be completed. Please check
with your provider for the details specific to your plan.
*New Policy (as of October 2007) — United Healthcare will
only cover one pregnancy ultrasound for size and dates. |
